Boincoid
is a port of BOINC to Google's Android OS. BOINC is an open-source software platform for computing using volunteered resources. The idea was that computing resources on mobile devices, though less powerful, will become so abundant that science can surely use a portion of it for serving man kind.
Boincoid
was actually written before Success Software Solution ever existed. It was written by Success's founder -
Oded Ben Dov
- and another friend -
Carmi Grushko
- who's also involved in this business.
